We have now carried out over 1000 of our PC Services since we started them in 2002. Lots of other computing companies now offer a similar service, but our hundreds of happy customers prove that we are the original and the best! They are available to home and business users.
Our PC Service was designed to help with all those ‘niggly problems’ that can develop on your computer system over time.
Some of the reasons for booking a PC service with us:
- you may have noticed a reduction in the overall performance of your computer.
- it may respond more slowly than it used to.
- perhaps you need to reboot more frequently, or your system hangs or crashes?
Our PC Service is the answer, and it will ensure that your system is running at maximum efficiency.
One of our engineers will visit you at your home or place of work, and carry out a full service and system test on your computer.
This will include:
: the health check: any virii and Spyware will be cleaned and removed from your system. We will then assess and update any Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware software.
:the security check: is your network secure? If not, we’ll ensure that it is. We will also check the efficiency of your Firewall.
: we will ensure that you don’t have any unrequired software running in the background, as this generally slows your system down.
: the file check: we’ll check all the registry files and remove any temporary internet files.
: software updates: we’ll check if all your Windows files are up to date, and download the latest editions if required
: advice: we are happy to discuss and advise on any aspect of your current and future computing requirements.
