Response Computing is highly experienced in providing solutions for the home-based computer user. Whether you have one PC which you only use for word processing, or a Broadband enabled home network incorporating several computers and laptops, we can help.
Our engineers will visit your home to help with any computing requirements you may have. They are available 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, so can visit at a time that suits you.
We can repair computers, upgrade them, or supply new ones! We specialise in the removal of computer virii and Spyware, as well as the installation and upkeep of wireless networks and Broadband internet access.
If you’ve bought some new computing equipment and need help or advice in setting it up, we can help.
We deal with any make and model of computer, laptop or Apple Mac, as well as with computing peripherals such as printers, scanners, MP3 players, IPods, digital cameras etc.
Our rates are £44 per hour (including VAT) and we charge in half hour increments.
We do not charge a call-out fee.
We can offer daytime, evening and weekend appointments, all at the same rate.
If your computer is running slowly, or has developed some ‘niggly problems’, then our PC service may be all you need. Please click on the ‘Book a PC Service’ link on the left for more details.
When our engineer arrives at your home you will be asked to read and then sign a form agreeing to our terms and conditions. A copy of this form is available on this website. You will also be asked to read the engineer’s worksheet once the work has been carried out, so that we know you are happy with everything we have done. It is important to us that you are happy with the services we provide, and we request that our customers contact us with any feedback or questions about work we have carried out.
