Rates and payments.
Please note that all prices on this website include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Our engineers charge £46 per hour.
(That’s £39.50 per hour excluding VAT).
We charge in 30 minute increments, so if a job takes up to half an hour, you will be charged £23. If it takes between 30 and 60 minutes, you will be charged £46, and so on.
These prices are for labour only; if parts are required we will advise you of the cost before beginning work .
We do not charge any call-out fee.
We are happy to provide a written quotation for any work or product.
We do not charge any extra fees for evening or weekend appointments.
We accept the following methods of payment:
cheque with a valid banker’s card, cash, credit and debit cards. We also accept Paypal for our online sales.
Response Computing is VAT registered, and all customers will receive a VAT receipt.
